St James comprises three independent day schools educating over 900 pupils aged 4 - 18: the Junior School and Senior Girls’ School are located in Hammersmith and the Senior Boys’ School is located in Ashford, Surrey. The Junior School is looking to recruit a full time Registrar.
The successful candidate will be required to manage the Admissions process so that it reflects the strengths and ethos of the School. They will also be required to sustain and improve the quality of education offered to the pupils in the school through promoting the highest possible standards of administration and organisation.
The ability to use tact and discretion when dealing with people in all circumstances is essential. The post will require initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
Hours are 07:30 to 16:30. There may be requirements during busy periods to work additional hours.
